A group of young applicants battle it out to try and secure their dream job working for a top fashion company. They have to live and work together for ten days as they undergo an intense interview process as well as taking on tasks for the company under the scrutiny of its creative director. One of the candidates is really an insider though and already works at the company as a press officer. They are disguised as an applicant having to conceal their identity from the others. They then have to report back to the creative director and help make that final decision on who will get the job.
