One morning though Vivien discovers typing on her typewriter that she knows she didn’t write. In 2012, Luke puts himself in danger by beginning a fire. Pip is concerned that this is Lucy’s doing and he is scared she is trying to hurt his great grandson.

The Mimic is a comedy series which is centered around the life of Martin Hurdle, an unremarkable maintenance man who in fact conceals an exceptional talent. He is refered to as ‘a bit of an oddball’ but under this strange persona, hides an uncanny ability to mimic voices.
Martin is on his way to the faceless pharmaceutical company which he calls works. His life though, is about to take a dramatic turn after he finds out that he could be the father of eighteen year-old boy called Steven, the son of former lover Dionne. Martin and Steven make plans to meet up and Martin is determined to make a good first impression.
