The Sharks salute a Marine Corps officer from Annapolis, MD who is asking them to invest in an energy and nutritional supplement designed and tested by active duty military personnel. A former fashion publicist from Brooklyn, NY pitches her online boutique offering a new way to shop for bridal wear. A sea captain and his first mate from Long Beach, CA hope the Sharks will come aboard and invest in their wine tasting cruises. In a follow-up segment, Aldo Orta, an artist originally from Mexico City (now living in Chicago) gives an update on his eponymous jewelry collectkion which Barbara Corcoran and Kevin Harrington invested in during Season 2.

Chef Ramsay travels to the suburbs of Pittsburgh to help retired special education teacher, Jean, who took a chance and opened Ms. Jean’s Southern Cuisine. Jean has been gaining a negative reputation in the community due to her bad business practices. She is quick to blame her staff for all the restaurant’s problems, while they blame her. With no system in place to keep this restaurant afloat, Chef Ramsay is challenged to help restore Ms. Jean’s reputation in the community and build back her customer base.
